Our Social Clubs

We believe sustainable success is achieved by supporting our employees´ personal development and empowering the team spirit in our corporate culture. Along with our training programs we intend to reach our sustainable success goal by supporting social activities in our company. With this vision in mind, our employees are welcome to join and open clubs within their area of interest.
BOOK CLUB
TYH Reading Club not only plans and organizes events for socializing around literature; they also manage and expand our company´s libraries. This dedication enables our employees to have access to a wide variety of books on our digital platform. The club runs aid campaigns to support education for children living in deprived areas.
SPORTS CLUB
TYH Tekstil employees are welcome to join our sports clubs and activities, such as basketball, football, running and bowling. Our basketball team has started to take part in the Aegean Corporate League in 2018 and we have earned a "top scorer player medal in the league” - our first trophy in basketball. Our running team joins charity campaigns arranged in İstanbul, Antalya and Gallipoli. Additionally, we regularly arrange interdepartmental tournaments in our clubs.
CONVERSATION CLUB
Our goal to improve our employees´communication skills in foreign languages has started in 2016 with an English conversation club. Recently we have added a German conversation club. In addition to these, we arrange language courses for those who seek help in improving their language skills.
